We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Morocco.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir: 1–3 business days

• Other cities and rural areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible locations within Morocco. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
